Architecture

Collett Design Associates designs and builds new residential architectural projects of varying scales, within the UK, Europe and beyond. 

Our London work is often redevelopment as projects tend to be situated within listed buildings and conservation areas. We have a record of achieving progressive planning permissions from authorities such as English Heritage and the Crown and Grosvenor Estates.

Our skilled team coordinate with all relevant consultants and trades throughout the project to ensure that works are completed according to contract and to the highest standards.

Interior Design

The majority of our interior design work is integrated with the architecture, as in essence, it is a receptacle for furniture and the client’s individual lifestyle. We consider this coexistence vitally important so that all aspects are seamlessly coordinated.

We work collaboratively with our clients, incorporating their ideas and expectations to suit schemes and budget. The design team remain in regular contact with the client throughout the procurement process, managing communication and programmes with all parties.

Furniture Design

For many of our projects we design bespoke furniture, fitted joinery, lighting and textiles. We have trusted relationships with master craftspeople, artists and artisans, whose skills enable us to create beautiful high-quality pieces.

Our studio has collaborated with a number of acclaimed brands to develop original designs into successful products, including Christopher Farr, Joseph Giles and The Invisible Collection.

Landscape Design

Where the project requires, we design hard landscaping and structure for gardens and exterior space. Soft landscaping is specified to consolidate all planting, and infrastructure such as irrigation, lighting and power is integrated. We work with reputable landscaping companies that are able to both install and maintain.
